About Fidelity Check
What we make
Fidelity Check sells one product: a personalized fictional dossier, delivered by email as a single HTML document. You give us a name and a handful of details on the customization form. Our template engine merges those inputs into a multi-section fictional narrative, formatted in a "secret-file" presentation style, and emails it to you within minutes.
It is a digital novelty product. Think of it as a personalized horoscope, a printable certificate, or a novelty newspaper headline with your name on it — presented in a different format. People buy it as a gift, as a joke, or simply for personal amusement.
What we do not do
We do not investigate, scan, search, look up, surveil, or report on any person. We do not use AI. We do not access any external database. We do not contact anyone other than the purchaser. The dossier is fictional from start to finish. We are emphatic about this because we want every customer to understand exactly what they are buying. The complete statement is in our Full Disclosure.
Why we put the disclosures front and center
The "secret-file" format is dramatic. It is meant to be fun. But a dramatic format can be misread as a claim of reality. We do not want any customer to think they are buying real intelligence about a real person, because they aren't — and we do not want any third party to be presented with the dossier as factual, because it isn't.
So we lead with disclosure on the homepage, again on the customization form, again on the checkout page, again in the delivery email, and again inside the dossier itself. If a customer ever asks us "is this real?" the answer is one word and one click away: no.
Refunds and support
If a dossier doesn't land for you, we refund it — no questions, within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy. For anything at all, write to support@patriotdossier.com. A real person reads every message.
Who we are
Fidelity Check is operated by the merchant of record listed on your payment receipt. For company name, address, and tax registration information, please write to support@patriotdossier.com and we will send you the current information on file. This information is also disclosed to PayPal and Stripe (our payment processors) as part of standard merchant verification.
Payment processors
We process payments through PayPal and Stripe. Both are independent licensed payment institutions subject to robust merchant-verification and consumer-protection programs. Payment-card information is never seen by us; it goes directly to the processor over a PCI-compliant channel.
