The dossier is generated by a pre-written template engine. The engine takes a small number of inputs you provide on the customization form (a name, a phone number, an age, a gender, a relationship label, optionally an email address and ZIP code) and merges those inputs into a fixed library of pre-written text fragments. The resulting document is a personalized fictional narrative intended as a digital novelty / keepsake.

2. What the product is not
2.1. Not real artificial intelligence
The dossier is generated by a deterministic template engine that selects pre-written text fragments and merges your inputs into placeholders. There is no machine-learning model, no large language model, no neural network, and no AI inference of any kind involved in producing your dossier. Any marketing language that uses words like "AI" in a colloquial sense is for stylistic flavor only and does not describe the underlying mechanism.
2.2. Not based on real data
We do not access, query, scan, search, scrape, or otherwise retrieve information from any external data source, including but not limited to:
- Dating, hookup, or relationship apps (e.g. Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Ashley Madison, Grindr, Feeld, Raya, etc.).
- Social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.).
- Messaging or encrypted-messaging platforms.
- The dark web, deep web, or any breach-database aggregator.
- Public records, court records, criminal records, sex-offender registries, or driver records.
- Phone-number registries, reverse-phone-lookup databases, carrier databases, or telecom records.
- Email-validation services or email-breach databases.
- Location data, GPS data, geotagged photo metadata, or device fingerprints.
- Facial-recognition systems or biometric databases.
- Any third-party data broker, people-search service, or background-check provider.
2.3. Not an investigation
We are not investigators. We are not licensed private investigators. We do not conduct surveillance, monitoring, tracking, or any other form of investigation. We do not contact, interact with, or notify any third party. The dossier is delivered only to the purchaser, and we have no means of, nor interest in, alerting the person named in the dossier or any other person.
2.4. Not a background check or consumer report
The dossier is not a "consumer report" as defined by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), nor an equivalent regulated report under any other jurisdiction's consumer-reporting laws. It is not produced by a "consumer reporting agency." 2.5. Not factual
Every "finding," statistic, score, percentage, citation, reference to a platform or database, narrative claim, evidence trail, location pattern, communication pattern, and verdict that appears in the dossier is made up. It is generated by selecting from arrays of pre-written text. It does not describe, allege, or imply any fact about the person named in the dossier, or about any real person, place, event, or institution. Any resemblance to actual facts about any real person is coincidental.
2.6. Not professional advice
The dossier is not legal advice, medical advice, psychological advice, relationship counseling, financial advice, or professional advice of any kind. Nothing in it should be relied upon as the basis for any decision about any real person, relationship, or situation. 3. Why we sell this product
Personalized novelty documents have a long history — think novelty newspapers ("[Your Name] wins the lottery!"), printable horoscopes, certificate generators, name-poems, and personalized fortune-teller leaflets. Patriot Dossier sits in that same category. Customers buy it for the same reasons people buy a novelty newspaper or a personalized printable: as a gift, as a joke, as a shareable digital keepsake, or as a piece of personalized fiction with their name in it.
We charge for the product because producing, hosting, emailing, supporting, and refunding it has real costs. We do not charge for "intelligence," "investigation," or "data," because we do not provide any of those things.
4. What we do with the information you submit
The customization form on our site collects a small amount of information (name, phone, age, gender, relationship label, optionally email and ZIP code). This information is used solely to merge into the templated narrative of the dossier you purchase. We do not look the information up, validate it, share it, sell it, or use it for any other purpose. 5. Prohibited uses
You may not use Fidelity Check, the dossier, or any output of the Service:
- To harass, intimidate, defame, or threaten any person.
- To make any decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including employment, credit, housing, insurance, or eligibility decisions about any person.
- To impersonate or misrepresent the dossier as a real investigation, real consumer report, or factual document, to any third party.
- To present the dossier as evidence in any legal, administrative, or quasi-legal proceeding.
- To violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Customers who use the product for prohibited purposes forfeit their refund eligibility and may have their account terminated.
6. About third parties named in the dossier
If you submit the name of a real person on the customization form, that name will appear in the templated narrative of the dossier you receive. Because the narrative content is fictional and is not derived from any real lookup, the dossier does not contain any factual claims about that person. We do not contact, notify, identify, locate, surveil, profile, or otherwise act on any person whose name is submitted.
By submitting a name on the customization form, you confirm that doing so does not, in your jurisdiction, violate any applicable privacy, anti-stalking, or harassment law. If in doubt, submit your own name, a pseudonym, or a fictional name instead.
