Refund Policy
7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Fidelity Check dossier for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No forms. No interrogation. No restocking fee.
1. Who is eligible
Every customer is eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:
- Your request is received within 7 calendar days of the purchase timestamp shown on your receipt.
- You request the refund from the email address associated with the order, or you provide the order ID or payment transaction reference.
- You have not previously been issued a refund for the same order.
2. How to request a refund
- Send an email to support@patriotdossier.com from the email address you used to place the order.
- Use the subject line: Refund request — [your order ID or transaction reference].
- Optionally, tell us why — it helps us improve the product, but you are not required to give a reason.
We acknowledge every refund request within one business day. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval, and typically posts to your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. What you keep
You may keep the dossier and any related materials that have already been delivered. Issuing a refund does not require you to delete the document or return anything.
4. Refund channel
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used to place the order — the original credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. We cannot issue refunds in cash, to a different card, by check, or by store credit.
5. After 7 days
Requests received more than 7 calendar days after purchase fall outside our standard refund window. If you believe there are extraordinary circumstances — for example, you were charged for a duplicate order, you never received your dossier, or you suspect fraud — please contact us anyway. We review every request on its merits and we work hard to resolve issues fairly.
6. Chargebacks
If you have any concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are able to resolve almost every issue directly, and we are committed to doing so. A chargeback initiated without first contacting us costs us additional fees and time that we would rather spend improving the product for you. We may dispute chargebacks initiated without prior contact when our records show that the order was delivered and that no refund was requested.
